My client is an Established and Growing Print Solutions Provider, with State of the Art Modern Equipment, producing Excellent Quality Results and are looking to increase their market share. Due to continued growth a New Business Development Role has become available to join their Sydney sales Team. With an office location on the Northern Beaches - lunch times will be gorgeous!! And with Off Set, Digital Screen Printing  and Small Format Print solutions, they are able to provide tailor made and cost effective printing Solutions through to Small, Medium and Corporate Customers.

POSITION & RESPONSIBILITIES - PRINTING SOLUTIONS

Joining this organization as a Business Development Manager your responsibilities will include;

• The generation of new account opportunities - through initial canvassing or utilization of your own customer contact base
• Face to face client meetings to gain a thorough understanding of their business, their needs and provide an ongoing, timely, cost effective and efficient solution to their outsourced Printing needs
• Presentations through to Production Managers
• You will take on a role of \"Trusted Adviser\" or \"Business Consultant\" - empathizing and understanding your customers needs and wants and delivering a tailor made solutions

CANDIDATE - PRINTING SOLUTIONS

The successful Applicant will ideally possess;

• Proven External Sales experience in a Business to Business Environment
• Confidence to present to Key Decision Makers at Managers
• Ideally a solutions / print sales background
• Genuine enthusiasm for sales, people and delivering business benefiting solutions
• Energy and Dynamics to continue learning and improve
• A person who \"Can think Outside the Box\" and a professional that has the discipline to run their day as a \"Business within a Business\" without micromanagement, someone who will Plan, Prepare and Implement
• Excellent communication skill - written and verbal as well as solid PC Skills
• The ability to jiggle, multi task and prioritize
• Excellent time management
• Drive and Determination coupled with energy, enthusiasm and a Smile!!!

REWARDS - PRINT SOLUTIONS

The successful applicant will have the opportunity to receive a Base Salary of $65K Base + $15K Car Allowance + Expense Account and Commission based on Performance, as well as the opportunity to be challenged in this fast paced energetic role with a solid growing Print Solutions provider
