Store Manager in Retail Jobs

In this newly created role as Store Manager, you will be responsible for the effective operation of your store to make certain daily KPI\'s and targets are both met and surpassed. Based in the Melbourne\'s West, the key focus of this role will be to ensure adequate staff levels are maintained to provide prompt customer service to maximize profitable sales and uphold company reputation. You will require sound knowledge of stock management and be able to effectively motivate and communicate with staff on all levels of the store.

 

To be successful for this position you will have:

 

• A minimum of 5 years chain store experience either at Store Manager or 2IC level
• A hands on approach to truly make this role your own
• Excellent communication skills
• Posses the strength of rapport building with customers.
• Intermediate skill level with MS office
• A proactive approach that will draw the customer in time and time again
