This position would suit someone who has had commercial experience and understands elements of asset management, has flair in innovative ideas and who has a desire to succeed. You will be responsible for an established portfolio of fantastic clients and be accountable for new managements, arrears, lease renewals, rental reviews and maintenance. You will have excellent communication skills and have the ability to liaise with both tenants and clients.
