Sales Executive / BDM

    This role will require an individual with extensive experience in hotels, events or corporate / travel agency.  You will be taking on an existing client base / territory and the opportunity to over achieve is enormous.

    Utilising your large network of contacts in any or a variety of the above fields this role will bring you the opportunity to work with an international industry leader.  You will be inducted into a well directed corporate environment that will ensure your success and career development.

    Key to the role is:

             Track record in \"door opening\" either into new accounts or breaking new ground in existing key accounts

             A forward thinking approach being able to sell a creative and dynamic product solution to the top to mid size clients

             Maturity to deal with people at all levels of an organisation

             Having effective negotiation and problem solving skills

             Ability to maintain the internal CRM

    This is a high contact role which will require:

             excellent client relationship management / sales experience

             effective negotiation skills

             strong knowledge of the hotel or events industry in Australia

    You will have good time management skills and be calm when required to work under pressure.

    This role will also require you to do market research utilizing an extensive existing CRM.
