Working under the supervision the Operations Team Leader, the Project Manager will take responsibility for the coordination of individual online projects and will be the day-to-day client contact for projects following handover from sales. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring the quality assurance process is followed for each project and the delivery of error-free data.
Specific responsibilities will include:
- Communicating with sales teams and clients to find the best solutions to problems
Testing the surveys in collaboration with the project manager/client to ensure that the client’s brief is met, as well as ensuring the surveys will yield error-free data - Manipulating stimuli material such as images, video and sound files with the survey, if necessary
- Using proprietary software tools to set up real-time online reporting and other live summary report pages
- Managing the fieldwork by setting up and controlling quotas
- Taking responsibility for meeting schedules and actively monitoring project progress
- Analysing the collected data, as well as exporting and editing data files for the clients’ own analysis tools
- Investigating data and reporting issues in a constructive, professional manner
- Responsibility in maintaining a high quality of work and professional conduct
- Continually looking into how things can be improved, and communicate these ideas to the rest of the team.

Preferred but not essential:
- Online research experience
- Good understanding of data delivery formats and experience of checking and verifying data
- Understanding of survey scripting (CATI, CAPI, CAWI)
