This well established, stable Australian organisation has several key methods of distribution that has allowed them to grow and grow over the years seeing many of their brands becom ing iconic.
Due to expansion and promotion two dynamic Product Manager - specialist roles have become available.
The role of Product Manager is to manage a range of automotive parts, systems & components. Source new suppliers both locally and over seas, create part catalogues, create and manage the production of service kits for different makes and models.
As Product manager youll also be responsible for managing all the market material, product specification information for both internal and external staff and clients. In addition youll be charge of executing all external marketing material, advertising and sponsorships.
Most importantly youll be the key technical advisor and expert on your product lines. Youll be a partner to the business sales staff and assist them in the field with client facing meetings, coach and train them to ensure the clients have complete confidence in their technical advice and knowledge.
The ideal candidates will has significant experience in the automotive industry from the following areas; engineering, technical specialist, Service advisor, specialist service centre or specialist workshop business owner.
The product categories requiring management are
# 1 Automotive Parts / Engine Management Fuel Management Systems
# 2 Automatic Transmissions
Remuneration for these roles will be from $65,000 + Super determined by your industry experience, sales & marketing ability but most importantly your vast technical and specialist knowledge.
