We currently require a maintenance supervisor with in food manufacturing, the candidate must have a strong background in managing a team and in maintenance and production management.
The successful candidate will have a strong mechanical or electrical background within an FMCG environments.
You would be required to manage a team of over 18 trades persons and apprentices and 3 leading hands, there will also need to be a proven background in managing and coaching others.
To be successful in this role you will have trades qualification in manufacturing or engineering, , knowledge of and exposure to FMCG manufacturing , excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and previous experience leading teams of people.
