This development role would suit a Senior Associate who is seeking a new challenge and keen to develop a practice with the expert assistance and guidance from a \"well known and highly respected\" senior Partner. This senior practitioner has been a Partner in a leading top-tier practice and has also worked as in-house counsel and has Chaired a number of Company Boards. His experience spans a variety of industry sectors and his legal expertise encompasses strategic planning, corporate finance, negotiating and structuring acquisitions, establishing and managing joint ventures and regulatory compliance in various jurisdictions.
