Project Manager/3 Month Contract/North Ryde

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of Australia\'s leading telecommunications organisations in a 3 month contract at North Ryde. This role will suit an experienced Project Manager who has worked with both IT and Business units in previous roles. The project will be focused on enhancing the existing procurement system. Previous experience in procurement and SAP are highly desired, but not mandatory.
 
Job duties include;
 
  • Management of resources responsible for business process analysis and Impact
  • Management of the stakeholders across the relevant business/IT departments
  • User Readiness across the organization, by liaising with the stakeholders and other relevant teams
  • Overseeing the end to end change management communication
  • IT Project Deliverables
  • Management of the IT project team and project delivery
  • Define and manage the UAT testing and release readiness
  • Coordinating steering committee updates and manage communication at all levels of the organisation
 
To be considered for the role you will need;
 
  • Proven project management skills with a special focus on the facilitation of change management
  • Proven experience in PMO modelling.
  • Expertise in the development and implementation of IT applications, frameworks and capital governance processes
  •  Proven track record that demonstrates recommending significant changes where necessary
  • Ensuring the buy-in from the necessary stakeholders (internal and external)
  • Proven experience in leading, directing and developing the internal and external relationships
  • Proven expertise in defining, creating and change managing the management of the project at all levels within the organisation
  • Strong Negotiation and mediation skills
  • Sound verbal and written communication skills
