An excellent new opportunity is now available for an experienced Helpdesk Support Analyst.

Our client, a large corporation based in the Perth CBD, is seeking an IT professional with a minimum 2-3 years solid experience in a similar role, with skills in Windows 2000/XP and Active Directory. Previous exposure to an ITIL environment will be highly advantageous.

For this role you must also possess excellent communication skills and a strong customer service focus.
