Eastern Suburbs Leagues Club is seeking an experienced, self motivat ed, customer & employee-focussed person to join our Gaming team in a Permanent Part time roster, specifically including Night Shifts as required (late night commencement, early morning finishes - this roster will not change).
Strong Customer Service experience is required, you will work directly on the floor with other gaming employees, and you should have some experience & passion to thoroughly train any enthusiastic new starters.
Requirements of this position include:
- ensuring that our professional service standards, policies and procedures are maintained at all times on every shift.
- Ensuring our customers needs are exceeded at all times
- Ensuring our corporate values are maintained on all shifts
- Be positive, enthusiastic & happy to motivate others on shift as this is a position of leadership within the group
- And be positive towards developing your own skill-set and gaming career with a fabulous pro-active Club group.
As indicated, position includes night-shift hours, therefore these hours should suit your lifestyle before you submit an application of interest for such hours.
