The primary responsibilities of the role are:

·         Sales Reporting Process

·         Internal Account Management

·         Upselling / Cross Selling

·         Sales Administration

·         Presentations

·         Weekly sales reporting

·         Monthly sales reporting

·         Quarterly sales reporting

·         Weekly Communication of Pricing & Promotional Program to customers & internal departments

·         Weekly facilitation of communication and response of weekly customer complaints between Woolworths and Internal departments

·         Weekly administration of customer claims / accruals / credits

·         Preparation of business manager / account manager presentations to customers

·         Collection of sales and market share report data
