TRAINING MANAGER

    This is a role that requires the appointee to work closely with the Managing Director and General Manager to implement our business strategies, ensuring that our accredited training programs are compliant  with AQTF2010, are consistent with ISO9001:2008 standards and conform to the requirements of VRQA.
    To be successful in this role you will be an astute manager of change with sound project management skills and proven experience in building strong teams.
    Training Manger Responsibilities and Role Outline:
    -Managing and directing the training team to ensure quality standards and trainer KPI’s are met             
    -Manage AQTF 2010 and VRQA Standards and Compliance and conduct audits as required
    -Engage in continuous improvements programs to further develop our training programs and internal processes
    -Manage our Scope and ensure Training Plans and resources are developed and compliant in line with Training Needs Analysis and the client’s needs
    -Assess and ascertain new programs and services according to market analysis and government funding opportunities
    -Conduct needs analysis and design programs to address specific industry needs
    -Procurement and revision of training materials and resources
    -Recruit and manage training consultants and conduct quality visits
    -Manager OH&S requirements
    -Relieve upper management
    Qualifications and Work Related Experience -Requirements – Essential Criteria:
    -Certificate IV in Training and Assessment essential, Diploma of TAA preferred
    -Solid understanding VET compliances and Training Packages on our Scope
    -Proven experience in this role
    -Demonstrated abilities to manage staff
    -OH&S experience
    -Mature and friendly disposition
