Initially you will report to the Delivery Manager for a $500 mil+ transport infrastructure project in Melbourne, during this time you will be given the opportunity to expose yourself to the world class systems and processes that this contractor uses. Once you have developed a strong understanding of this organisation’s delivery technique you will be given the opportunity to run your own project; you will have ultimate responsibility for a budgets, quality, program and most importantly HS&E. You will build exceptional relationships with all internal and external stakeholders paying particular attention to the relationship with your client to ensure repeat business.

You must possess experience in the delivery of infrastructure works and demonstrate leadership capabilities and the capacity to achieve excellent project outcomes. A tertiary qualification in civil engineering is essential; candidates with experience managing civil projects greater than $100 mil+ will be held in high regard.
