< br />In line with the key objectives of the Victorian Disability State Plan 2002-2012, traditional interventions for people with disabilities are being reorientated, whereby people with disabilities are being actively supported to participate in decisions that affect their lives.


As Team Leader you will be responsible for managing a team of professionals to collaboratively facilitate a whole of life plan with clients and their families/carers.

Skills required include assessment of client needs and planning and implementation, with the goal towards people with disabilities reaching their full potential, and promoting a culture of inclusion and acceptance for people with disabilities within their wider community.
