Manage the budget to ensure efficiency is maximised.
Establish good communication throughout your branch and Community
Requirements:
Good understanding and experience in running a business or division
Experience in managing and motivating staff
Lending Experience
Good exposure and understanding of a sales environment.
Banking experience is well regarded but not essential.
