The Consultant\'s role is to take inbound enquiries from existing and potential customers, and provide exceptional customer service by exceeding their expectations. You will work closely with other internal areas of the business to ensure that the requirements of your external customers are satisfied, so it\'s critical you work towards deadlines, manage your time well, and proactively apply your problem solving capability with the customer always at the centre. Once competent in your role, you will also have the opportunity to work from home if you are interested in doing so.

You are highly professional, have exceptional verbal and written communication skills and a good eye for detail backed up by a can-do-attitude! You can think on your feet to ensure the customer is always delighted. Your PC smart and enjoy a team environment; but understand the need to focus on your individual workload. You take advice and guidance from others, but when there is a problem, you come together with your team to help solve it. Your focus is always the best outcome possible for the customer.
