nlc pty ltd is looking for a highly energetic Consultant for the nlc vehicle buying service who has the initiative and drive to champion a pivotal role servicing nlc customers, suppliers and the nlc Sales team. You will be the key point of contact as an expert solutions provider with the passion to build trusted supplier and customer relationships and provide exceptional service. The role will be based at our Head Office in Melbourne.  
 
Established in 1990, nlc has enjoyed rapid growth and success in providing novated lease and fleet management services to many Australian companies. The company has been built by passionate people committed to helping customers keep ahead of changing financial and fleet management needs.
 
 You will be required to:
  • be a champion solutions provider for the vehicle buying service to nlc customers
  • be the key point of contact for between nlc suppliers, customers and the nlc sales team
  • provide excellent service to nlc customers in the purchasing and acquisition of all makes and types of cars including prestige models
  • assist the Sales team to reach sales targets
You will have:
  • an up-to-date knowledge of car makes and models, including the attributes that distinguish one car from another
  • strong rapport building skills to readily assess customer needs
  • outstanding customer service skills
  • good numeracy and problem solving skills
  • good organisational and time management skills
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • sound PC skills
  • a team player who is also able to work unsupervised
You will have previous experience in car sales and customer service, preferably selling Novated Leases and Salary Packaging in the car, dealership or finance industry.
